The design starts without search research
The finished site looks polished, yet lacks a useful page for the services and questions customers search.
PAGE OVERVIEWSEO-first web development
I design and develop WordPress, Shopify and custom websites for the US market. Search demand shapes the URLs, templates, content model and page structure before launch. I also handle performance, schema, tracking and the code behind them.
I will identify the priority issue and recommend the right next step.
01Problems created during the build
Search decisions affect URLs, templates, content and tracking. Making those decisions during the build saves a second round of structural work.
The finished site looks polished, yet lacks a useful page for the services and questions customers search.
Editors rely on copied pages and workarounds because the CMS has no proper fields for services, locations or case studies.
Heavy themes, scripts and images create slow mobile pages and expensive cleanup work.
Forms, calls and bookings never receive proper event definitions before analytics goes live.
02Platforms and deliverables
I weigh editing needs, integrations, performance, budget and who will maintain the site after launch.
Service and content websites with maintainable templates, controlled plugin use and practical editing fields.
Product, collection and content architecture, with schema, performance and conversion tracking included.
React, Next.js, APIs and backend work for projects that need custom features, integrations or tighter performance control.
Campaign pages, lead forms, analytics, CRM and API connections tied to search and measurement.
03Site planning
Before I finalize a template, I define who the page serves, what question it answers and what the visitor can do next.
The plan maps services, industries, locations, case studies and articles into stable URLs. It also sets the internal links and prevents several pages from chasing the same search intent.
04SEO and GEO in the build
I set titles, canonicals, schema, sitemaps, headings and internal links in the template or content model where they belong.
Plugins can help manage settings, but they cannot decide the site architecture or write accurate company information. GEO work shapes how services, markets, experience and evidence appear in visible HTML and structured data.
05Performance and quality
I manage performance through template choices, image and asset handling, rendering, third-party scripts and platform settings.
The result should feel stable on desktop and mobile, meet sensible Core Web Vitals targets and remain easy to update. A perfect lab score has little value if the site breaks under real content and integrations.
06Integrations and tracking
I define forms, calls, bookings, ecommerce actions and other useful events before connecting analytics.
A project may include analytics, Search Console setup, tag management, CRM or email connections, API work, backend changes and privacy-conscious tracking. I only use a dashboard as evidence after it contains real data.
07Website delivery
We define audiences, search intent, routes, content responsibilities, conversion paths and platform limits.
I apply the visual system to reusable templates and add the editing fields the site needs.
I build the responsive templates, technical SEO rules, integrations, structured data and performance setup.
I test important devices and user paths, verify indexation controls and tracking, then watch the site after launch.
08Real website build
EvelynYangFL.com combines WordPress development, live property discovery, regional and city architecture, agent expertise, bilingual content and ongoing SEO / GEO work. Results tracking remains in progress.

I work with WordPress, Shopify and custom React / Next.js systems. I recommend a platform after reviewing content, integrations, budget, ownership and maintenance needs.
SEO and GEO foundations are built into architecture, templates and launch planning. Ongoing content production, link acquisition or long-term optimization may require a separate growth scope.
Yes. If the current platform and templates can support the strategy, targeted technical and structural changes may be more appropriate than a full rebuild.
Yes. English and Chinese can use separate routes and copy written for each audience. Search intent and reading habits often differ between the two languages.
Yes, when they are within the agreed scope. Approximately 10 years of full-stack software experience supports API, backend, tracking, form and workflow integrations.
