PAGE OVERVIEWSouth Florida real estate case study
I designed and developed EvelynYangFL.com in WordPress and continue to work on its technical SEO, South Florida market pages, bilingual content and GEO. This case records the work separately from the results. Verified performance data is still being collected.
ONGOING SEO OPTIMIZATION
I will identify the priority issue and recommend the right next step.
01Project background
The brief combined bilingual service, South Florida market knowledge, live property search and an editorial site that Evelyn could keep expanding.
Evelyn serves buyers, sellers and investors across South Florida and the Treasure Coast in Chinese and English.
Help visitors move from regional research to live listings, Evelyn’s experience and a relevant conversation.
Publish useful market information in search results dominated by large property portals.
Coordinate WordPress templates, property data, bilingual content, technical SEO and new market articles as the site grows.
02What I did
The list below covers completed and ongoing work. Ranking and traffic results appear only after the data can support them.
Designed and developed the responsive WordPress templates for market research, property discovery and agent inquiries.
Set up crawlable routes, page templates, indexation controls, sitemaps, internal links and structured data.
Organized the site around South Florida regions and cities Evelyn serves, with a separate purpose for each page type.
Connected Evelyn’s experience, market information, property themes and live listings through the navigation and internal links.
Added accurate information about Evelyn, her services, markets, languages and first-hand experience to the pages where it belongs.
03Goals and constraints
The website serves English- and Chinese-speaking users, introduces South Florida markets and connects each market to listings and Evelyn’s services.
The hard part was deciding how regions, cities, property themes, listings, articles and agent information should relate. Those decisions shaped the navigation, templates and internal links.
04Website architecture
The current site opens several ways into South Florida, then connects each path with relevant listings and market information.
The live hubs include Treasure Coast, Palm Beach County, Broward County and Miami-Dade County. City paths include Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington and West Palm Beach. The hierarchy shows how those markets relate instead of placing every location in one flat list.
05Technical SEO
I work on crawlable links, indexation controls, template output, sitemaps, canonicals and the rules for different URL types.
Listings change status, filters create parameters and property data repeats across views. Market hubs, editorial pages and listing search each receive separate crawl and index rules. I continue to review those rules as the site expands.
06Local SEO
The site uses regions and cities Evelyn serves, with links from local research to properties and contact options.
The site makes no claim to a network of offices. Palm Beach, Broward, Martin and St. Lucie coverage comes from market pages, listings, local resources and Evelyn’s visible experience.
07Content
Articles answer questions about South Florida living, ownership, costs, local resources and market choices.
Property insights sit beside listings and location pages, so readers can research a topic and continue to the relevant market. New articles are planned around real questions and first-hand knowledge.
08GEO
GEO work places Evelyn’s role, languages, markets and experience in visible page copy and relevant structured data.
The page copy names services and markets, answers questions directly and links claims to first-hand experience. These changes improve the website as a source. They cannot guarantee an AI citation or recommendation.
09Implementation
I handle the strategy, content structure and website changes in the same project.
As the strategy develops, I can adjust templates, navigation, internal links, content fields and technical rules directly on the site.
10Results
No ranking, traffic, impression, click, lead, revenue or growth-rate claim is published at this stage.
Future updates will use Google Search Console and relevant conversion data over a stated period. They will list implementation dates, search changes and business outcomes separately.
11Current work
Current work covers priority market pages, first-hand answers, internal links and indexation monitoring.
I will update the case as work finishes and enough data becomes available. Results will stay separate from the implementation record.
12Measurement plan
Document material page, architecture and technical changes with dates and affected URL groups.
Review sitemap processing, indexed URLs, canonical behavior and search-engine discovery over time.
Monitor relevant queries, landing pages and market-topic impressions without cherry-picking isolated rankings.
Where tracking is reliable, evaluate inquiries and conversion behavior separately from search visibility.
13FAQ
Real estate. The project serves the South Florida market in the United States and supports English- and Chinese-speaking audiences.
Website development, WordPress implementation, technical SEO, local SEO, content architecture, internal linking, GEO foundations and ongoing measurement.
Not yet. Results Tracking In Progress. No ranking, traffic, click, lead or revenue figures are published without verified data and a stated measurement period.
Yes. The active project can be viewed at evelynyangfl.com. The site and optimization program continue to evolve.
The general method can be reused. Each Realtor still needs a market map, content, evidence and contact path based on their own service area and experience.
